I used Old El Paso stand n stuff taco bowls
I used 5 eggs, splash of milk, 2 cheese sticks , 3 oz deli ham and 1/4 diced orange pepper.
Just fill up the bowls , pop in the oven at 375 for about 15 minutes – until eggs have set!
