I’ve been making this simple appetizer for years now and it’s always a favorite!
Buy a package of large mushrooms , remove stems and cut the stems up and put in a bowl.
Add to the mushrooms 1/2 to 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs , 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and then just enough Zesty Italian salad dressing to make it slightly moist
Place caps into a baking dish with just enough water to cover the bottom of the dish.
Take this mixture and spoon into the mushroom caps , sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese .
Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes , drain water from dish and broil for about 2-3 minutes to crisp the tops .
Serve with a dish of Caesar dressing for dipping !
