Who doesn’t love apple pie and with it being Thanksgiving up here in Canada I just had to make (bake?) a pie !

Now you all know I am NOT a baker , never claimed to be – I am a recipe destroyer Remember!

Well anyway , here is how Inkdgirl bakes up some mini apple pies that the whole family gobbled up!

Mini Apple Pies


That’s right 3 ingredients
1 box of refrigerated pie crust
1 can of sugar free or not apple pie filling
1 can Cool Whip topping


Take pie crusts from fridge and let sit for 15 min to come to room temp
Take the can of apple pie filling and cut out circles in the dough
Spray a muffin tin with Pam
Place a circle of dough in tins
Fill with pie filling
Use remaining dough to cut slices for the top of the pies ( cross cross pattern if ya wanna get fancy)
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake at 350 until crust is cooked, approx 35 minutes
Makes 12 pie’s
