Oh boy , it is getting close now!
3 weeks till the Toronto Scotiabank Half Marathon and I am getting worried that I am getting slower!
Well lately during my long runs getting too comfortable, I find a nice easy pace and go with it, no pushing myself because I’m afraid of burning out too quick.
Here are my splits from Sundays 12.23 miles
I know I need to start out a a nice pace and then get a bit faster as the race goes, I’m not doing that!
I really want to PR this one , but I also know that I run for myself- I’m not a top finisher and I don’t win any titles! Not my gig!

I must say I love my Camelbak hydration pack , it is my best running accessory I’ve purchased as of late
Okay , so with less than 3 weeks to go I think I will take my own advice
