This is quite possibly my favorite smoothie / frappe EVER!!

It is fall and I am consumed with all things pumpkin for the next few months! I had to create a drink that would fill those cravings for fall like conditions and this did the trick!

It is whey , dairy and sugar free too!
Here is what I used
1/2 cup pure pumpkin
1 tray ice cubes
1 scoop protein powder
Unsweetened coconut milk
Nutmeg, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp instant coffee (optional – I like coffee!)

Toss everything into the bullet

Pour into shaker cup and drizzle some smuckers sugar free syrup on top

Yumm freakin oooooo
