Yup , I went there! This is what I do to left over spaghetti and meatballs!
Spray a 6 tin muffin pan with Pam
Place a little shredded cheese on the bottom of each tin
Take your leftover spaghetti and put it in a bowl , crack an egg into this mixture and stir- this acts as a binder to hold “cupcake” together
Then fill up each tin with this mixture
Top with more shredded cheese
I bake mine in a toaster oven at 350 for 15-20minutes
Melty cheesy yumminess
A great easy way to use up those leftovers and kids love them!
