I love my eggs , sweet potatoes and avocado breakfasts, but sometime you need a grab and go breakkie! This does the trick for me

Overnight Oats

You will need a mason jar with a lid . Put old fashioned oats ( not instant or quick cook oats) into the bottom of jar – apprx 1/2 cup – I never measure

Cover with milk, any kind – soy, almond or coconut.

Then add 1 container ( individual size) of Greek yogurt – any flavor

Add teaspoon each of ground flax seeds and chia seeds.


Add 1 package of Stevia or any sweetner you choose

Cover the rest of jar with fruit – I used blueberries but any kind will do ( well probably not watermelon ) lol

Stir and let sit overnight or even 2-3 days before you eat! See , you can make a whole weeks worth in one shot and you will have breakfast for the week


This one that I ate today was in the fridge for 2 days


Yummy , right!!
