I love carbs and I love salad – hence this was born!

Pasta Salad


You will need
Gluten free pasta – any kind of macaroni style noodle
1 bag frozen cooked edamame
1 can chickpeas – rinsed
Half tomato diced
Half cucumber chopped
Feta cheese
Kraft Greek and Feta salad dressing

I used this pasta – half the box


Boil noodles then rinse and drain under cool water, dice veg
Steam edamame in microwave for minute , then rinse in the colander with pasta noodles and chickpeas.


Throw everything in a big mixing bowl, drizzle salad dressing over and add feta


Yum right! I wish I had some red onions because they would have went in there as well!

Eat up
