Love ribs? Me too and I sure did miss these when I was a veggie girl. I’ve been told my ribs are amazing so I thought I would share. This is another easy peasy one for ya!
2 packages of ribs
BBQ sauce, any flavor
First step – put your ribs in a deep pan and cover with water and brown sugar , just sprinkle the sugar all over them. Cover with foil, Cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours, or 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
Drain the water , sprinkle with more brown sugar, garlic powder and pour BBQ sauce over both sides of the ribs. Add a little water to the bottom of the pan.
Put back in the oven at 375 degrees for another 1-1/2 hrs. Don’t cover them.
I served them with corn on the cob and smashed potatoes!
