What a great WOD tonight!
Here’s the WOD
Max reps , no time limit!
So , for the push ups they had to be unbroken- I managed 35 in a row.. Not too shabby
Pull ups – we were allowed to do jumping, thank god because I can’t do a “real” one YET! I managed 14 in a row!
Moving on to cleans, squat or power cleans only! My prior PR was 80lbs. I got to 90lbs tonight! New PR set. I tried 95 but it didn’t happen!
Moving on to deadlifts, my FAV lift ever! My old PR was 205lbs. I knew I needed to beat, I wanted to beat it! It started like this
Come on , get it up
GOT IT BABY!!! 210 lbs , it wasn’t a pretty lift – sorry Coach Bowman, I’ll work on form!
I’m quite satisfied with my performance tonight and now I have a new challenge to beat!
