As you can see I made mine non-Paleo because I added cheese,but here is how it went down
Paleo Bacon Burgers
1lb lean ground beef
4 strips of cooked bacon,diced
2tbsp Worchestershire sauce ( can omit if not Paleo)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp coconut flour ( or breadcrumbs for non Paleo)
Mix everything in a bowl
Form into patties, not too thick.. Melt coconut oil in a frying pan and add burgers
So dang good!
Cover with a lid and let cook on med-low heat until center no longer pink. I then added shredded cheese because I love cheese and will never eat a burger without it!
I served mine with a salad and crumbled up the burger and ate it on top of the salad!!
