Today’s Paleo and almost Paleo meal was this


Here’s how it went down

1lb of ground pork
1 lb of ground beef, lean
1 egg
Tomato paste or ketchup ( non Paleo)
1/4 c of coconut flour or breadcrumbs ( non Paleo)
Salt pepper
Minced onion,to taste
Garlic minced, to taste


Mix everything in a big bowl. Fill loaf pans or roll into balls

Bake at 350 for 35-45 min

Top with tomato paste, homemade ketchup or homemade BBQ sauce

I ate mine like this


Yes I used ketchup.. I chose the not Paleo route ..

Also paired it with sweet potatoes, fried mushrooms and mixed veggies.
