Ok, you all know I am against diets and fads, but this has me intrigued . At my Crossfit box they are following this Lifestyle and are helping the members out learning it and using it. I am a veggie girl , have been for a while now, but I’m trying to broaden my eating scope a bit. As you know I made a big deal the other day about labels

I don’t want to be labelled as doing this or doing that.. I am experimenting and trying new things. If this works for me and I feel good , then why the hell not right! So far at my Box I’ve heard nothing but good things about Paleo, people claim they have more energy and feel good. How can that not interest me?

I do like eggs, sweet potatoes and every veggie out there so that part isn’t hard, meat I will take it easy with. Fish is a food I do like so I’m excited to get some in my belly! I do not know all the “rules” of Paleo and if I mess up , I won’t let it bother me – because this is not a diet!

I will keep eating my Energybits everyday because they Rock! One can never get too much Algae!

This was my first attempt at a Paleo meal


I BBQ’d a steak, no sauce, fried up some sweet potatoes in coconut oil and had a side of frozen veg blend. Hey, it’s a start! No wheat in there!

I don’t drink juice so that won’t be a problem and milk is never on the menu! I always use coconut, soy or almond milk.

I will keep you posted of my progress and I’d love feedback or links to recipes from my peeps. I love to destroy recipes you know!

Kidding, baby biceps I know, but there is some definition starting.. It can only go up from here! I’m running and lifting and eating well so I will not fail!
