Well I happened to have few over ripe bananas hanging around, so I felt the NEED to make banana bread!
Here’s the deets
Sugar free Banana Bread
4 over ripe bananas
Davinci sugar free caramel syrup- a splash
Davinci sugar free vanilla syrup- a splash
1.5 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 melted Earth Balance spread ( or marg or butter)
1 c Splenda
1/2 c walnuts
Nutmeg and cinnamon
I did add some Cinnamon chips to it and they were not sugar free! Feel free to add any kind of chocolate chips, it makes it extra yummy!
I use 1 bowl and mix everything in it, because I hate dishes!
Mash bananas, add remaining ingredients ! Mix it all up!
Spray a loaf pan with Pam and pour mix in!
Bake in a 350 oven for 50 minutes.
Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing!
Now make sure you spread it with butter or margarine while hot and eat it up!
