Breakfast – eat it , you have to because it starts your metabolism off in the right direction ! This is my go to breakkie to keep me full til noon.

Oatmeal – just whip up some oats, steel cut,instant,quick oats whatever suits your fancy. Then add sliced bananas, a heaping tbsp of almond butter and top it with sliced almonds ! Bang breakfast is done and I promise this will keep you full.
