I always eat my breakfast, because it is the most important meal of the day. I want my body to get that metabolism going and start fueling me for the busy day ahead. I love oatmeal for breakfast but there are days when I like to change it up. This is what I make! ( Yes I eat eggs occasionally!)

Flatout Breakfast Wraps!

2 Flatout Wraps
2 eggs
diced peppers
diced onions
sliced mushrooms
Morningstar “bacon” diced
Pepperjack cheesslices

It’s a Wrap!

Sautee everything but the eggs and cheese in a skillet. Once bacon is browned and veggies are soft, pour in scrambled eggs.Add cheese.

Cut omlette in two, place inside each wrap, saute wrap until crispy on the outside. Eat. These should keep you full till lunchtime! If not, grab some fruit and enjoy your morning!
