There are 50 million recipes out there for this smoothie but here is how I drink it up


Pumpkin Protein Smoothie
1 scoop protien powder- I use Egg Protein Vanilla custard flavour
6-8 oz unsweetened Coconut milk
1 banana
1 heaping tbsp canned pumpkin
a few shakes of nutmeg
Smuckers sugar free caramel syrup to drizzle on top!


Place all ingredients in blender till smoothie, top with sundae syrup.. enjoy!
