No not in a vomit kinda way, I’m purging my house of clutter this week! Clutter distracts me and I do not like it. Yesterday I managed to clean out mini divas room and I can now see her floor. Mind you, there is still some work to be done in there.
Today’s task- the spice cupboard! This has been a bone of contention with me for a long time. I continue to just shove stuff in it and close the cupboard really fast, hoping it doesn’t come flying back out at me! I have no idea what is in there. The composter will be really smelly tonight!
I will post the after pic if I make it out alive, but below is the before. Be prepared- it’s nasty! The photo only shows what was on the bottom shelf, there is 2 more to go!
Operation freezer clean out is still on track and tonight’s freezer friendly meal is a sausage, veggie, nutritional yeast penne! Pics def to follow!
Here’s the saucy crockpot recipe!
1 package of mini smokie sausages
1 package of mini cheddar jalapeño smokie sausages
1 red pepper diced
1 yellow pepper diced
1 onion diced
Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper, 3/4 c nutritional yeast
1 can diced tomatoes with liquid
1 prepared jar of marinara
Place all in the crockpot and let cook on low for 6 hours!
Cook penne , drain and place in a 9×13 baking dish
Cover with prepared sauce, add shredded cheese and bake 15-20 min till cheese is all melty!
