Sunday I will be running this with my daughter. I was hoping for a PR but the knee issues are alive and present. I am still foam rolling and lifting , hoping that strength will help me. Tonight I ran this route

Downhill, then back up again! It was hot, the sun was bright and I was loving it! By the time I got home I was drenched in sweat. It was not great timing, but I made it and I didn’t quit. I will increase my distance next week by 10% in preparation for my 10k race in September.

I love to run outside and I do not miss that darn dreadmill!
