So I decided that I needed some carbs for breakfast today and pancakes were what I was hankering for! This is my ingredient list

2 cups of flour – you can use rice, spelt, any kind you fancy
1 cup of almond milk unsweetened (
2 teaspoons of ground chia seeds
1 scoop of brown rice protein powder
1/2 cup Strawberry blueberry purée ( simply blended the fresh berries together)
mix all together, you may need to add more milk
Lightly oil a pan and drop mix into it!
They will look like this

Once both sides are browned , plate and top with purée and fresh berries

Voila!
