So the boy and I are attempting a detox and this is the menu

Contents of said smoothie are—

1 cup unsweetend vanilla almond milk
1 individual container of Oikos Greek yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
2 handfuls raw spinach
few ice cubes

blend it up and enjoy!

The boy has edited the recipe to add 1 scoop of protein powder and 1 cup water, the original shake was very thick! I could only drink half of this mug!

Going to try and drink 2 shakes a day for a week for the detox, I am sure by Tuesday I’ll be bailing!
